2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 lb beff flank steak,cut into 1-inch strips
1 Tbsp salt-free beef bouillon granules
2 tsp cornstarch
1 c water
1 medium onion,thinly sliced and separated into
1/2 green bell pepper,thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper,thinly sliced
2 c fresh broccoli florets
Sprinkle soy sauce,garlic,ginger,salt,white pepper, and red pepper over meat;mix well. Dissolve bouillon
and cornstarch in water and set aside. Spray inside
of large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over high heat. Add meat and saute for 15 minutes,or until browned. Add onion,bell peppers,and
broccoli;cook and stir for 5 minutes. Stir in dissolved cornstarch. Cook,stirring,5 minutes longer,or until vegetables ar crisp-tender. Serve with rice.
