Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken

    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp ground thyme
    1/8 tsp ground red pepper
    3 boneless,skinless chicken breasts,about 5oz each
    1/3 c buttermilk
    1/2 c crushed corn flakes

    Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl,combine paprika,
    garlic powder,thyme, and red pepper;mix well and sprinkle over both sides of chicken;set aside. Pour
    buttermilk into small bowl. Put corn flakes in plastic bag. Dip chicken in buttermilk and then shake in corn flakes to coat chicken. Spray the inside of an 8" square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken in dish and bake for 45 minutes,or until it is tender and coating is crisp.

    Serves 3;264 cal;5.4g fat;121mg cholesterol;180mg sodium
