Crispy Spicy Catfish

    1/2 oz fat-free potato chips,crushed
    1/2 oz corn flakes,crushed
    1 tsp dried basil leaves,crushed
    1/2 tsp granulated garlic
    1/2 tsp ground thyme
    1/2 tsp ground oregano
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/ tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp ground red pepper
    1 lb catfish fillets or any firm white fish
    2 egg whites,beaten

    Preheat oven to 375. Mix together the first 6 ingredients and place on a plate;set aside. Sprinkle the salt,chili powder and red pepper over both sides of the fish. Dip each in egg whites,then
    dredge in the corn flake mixture. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place fish on sheet. Bake for 20 minutes,or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

    Serves 4;17 cal,3g fat;6mg cholesterol;434mg sodium
