Linda's Creamy Italian Chicken Fettucine

    Linda's Creamy Italian Chicken Fettucine

    8 oz. fettucine, uncooked
    3 c. cut-up assorted fresh vegetables, (I use onion, broccoli, italian green beans, cauliflower and green peppers)
    2 T. olive oil
    1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
    1 c. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided

    Cook pasta as directed on package, adding vegetables during last 3 mins. of pasta cooking time and drain.

    Heat oil in skillet on med. heat. Add chicken and cook and stir 8 mins. or until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

    Heat milk, cream cheese and 3/4 c. of the Parmesan
    cheese in skillet on low heat, stirring constantly
    until mixture is smooth. Toss with pasta mixture and chicken. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c. parmesan cheese. Serve.

    Makes 4 servings
