Egg Strips Curry
Tamarind Paste -1 tsp.
Oil -2 tbsp.
Jeera powder -1 tsp(Cummin seed powder) (Indian grocery)
Chilly powder - 1 tsp (Indian grocery)
Corriander powder - 1 tsp. (Indian grocery)
Salt to taste
Coconut extract - 1 cup
Ground pepper - 1 tsp.
Egg strips preparation:
Beat eggs , cut half onion into small pieces and add to the eggs,add salt and ground pepper. Make omelettes out of it and cut into strips.
Pour oil in a pan,cut the remaining onion and add to it then add the tomato and fry well .Mix the tamarind paste in half cup water and add to the pan,add jeera powder,chilly powder,corriander powder ,salt and the coconut extract ,and allow it to boil for 10 minutes.Then add the egg strips.Garnish with cilantro.
