Meal in One Macaroni Salad

    1 (16 ounce) pk salad macaroni
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 cup red onion, diced
    1 cup white onion, diced
    1 cup medium cheddar, diced
    1 cup swiss cheese, diced
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup dill pickles, diced
    1 cup salami, diced
    1 cup pepperoni, diced
    1 (6 oz) can large pitted black olives, drained and diced

    2 tbs garlic powder
    2 tbs fresh minced garlic
    1/2 tsp ground white pepper
    2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    1 (3 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
    1 to 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    Cook macaroni until al dente; rinse until cool, drain well, and pat dry. Add macaroni to a large bowl. Carefully fold in celery, onion, cheeses, pickles, salami and pepperoni, and black olives. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
    Mix dry spices together and carefully add to salad. Fold in the pimentos; fold in 1 cup mayo to start. Add up to 1/2 cup more, if needed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
