Chincoteague Sing-Fried Oysters

    I pint sucked oysters
    1 cup saltine cracker crumbs, finely chopped
    1 c all purpose flour
    Veggie oil for frying
    salt and fresh ground pepper

    Drain oyster, reserving liquid if desired. Combine cracker crumbs and flour. Dust oyster is dry mixture, salt and pepper to taste and dry in about 1/2 " of hot oil in pan.
    Drain after frying.
