serves 6 to 8
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup flour
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onions
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups milk
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup white wine
7 ounces of spaghetti, cooked to al dente, drained
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 - 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Combine mayonnaise, flour, garlic, onions and salt in a saucepan and gradually heat, adding the milk while stirring.
When sauce has thickened, add the cheese and wine and stir until the cheese melts. In a large bowl, combine the
spaghetti, chicken, thawed and drained broccoli, drained mushrooms and a handful of almonds. Toss lightly and pour
into greased 7 x 11 baking dish. Top with remaining almonds. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serve with
