Cranberry Sauce

CRANBERRY SAUCE
(2-1/2 cups)
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
3/4 cup water
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 cup sugar
Over high heat, boil juices and water with sugar for 5 minutes. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves.
Add
1 12-oz. bag fresh cranberries
1/8 t. kosher salt
Zest of one orange
Zest of one lemon
Reduce heat to medium and simmer. Foam will form as berries pop. Cook until it reaches a thickness and texture you like.
