Rice Pudding

    Rice Pudding

    1 qt. whole milk
    1/2 Cup RIVER BRAND RICE
    1/2 cup of white sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    Cinnamon
    Dash of Salt

    In heavy sauce pan, pour milk, add rice & salt. Simmer until he pudding is the desired thickness (Can take 1 to 1 1/2 hours) Remove from heat if too thick, add some milk. Add sugar, vanilla & cinnamon.

    Mix well, cover & refrigerate. Can add raisins, when adding the sugar or serve with sliced strawberries.
