Hanover Inn Cream of Broccoli Soup

    1 cup onion-chopped
    1 cup potatoes-chopped
    1/2 cup celery-chopped
    1 cup leeks-chopped
    2 cups finely chopped broccoli
    1 cup butter
    2 cups water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 cups hot milk
    salt and pepper to taste.

    Saute veggies in butter until butter starts to brown. Add water and chicken cubes and cook until tender. Put through food mill. Add hot milk and salt(I omit) and pepper to taste.

    *Can substitute other veggies for the broccoli
