3 tomatoes chopped
1 cucumber- chopped
1 green pepper-chopped
3/4 cup fresh parsley-chopped
2 garlic cloves-minced
3 1/2 cups liquid Bloody Mary mix
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
In large bowl combine first 6 ingredients.
In seperate bowl use whisk to blend ingred. Add liquid to vegetable mixture and stir to cmbine. Cover and refrig at least 2 hours before serving.
Yield 8 cups.
