1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin (1 16 oz can for double)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
Mix ingredents, grease jelly roll pan
Place wax paper on top of pan, pour batter
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
Lay dish towel on counter, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Flip baked dough on top, remove wax paper. Roll up cake with towel in it. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Make filling. Frost to edge with filling Sprinkle with pecans. Roll up to make roll.
1 8 oz. cream cheese (light works fine)
2 Tbl butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
