Pineapple Angelfood Cake

    16 ounces of One Step Angel Food Cake mix
    20 ounce can of Dole pineapple, crushed
    (I have used both packed in its own
    juice and in heavy syrup.)
    Mix all until very fluffy. I used a
    whisk. Use a mixer if you are worried.
    Pour into a 9 X 13 ungreased(important) pan, 350F 25-30 minutes or an angel food tube pan, ungreased(important)350F 40-50 minutes until done.
    If using angel food pan, put it on a ketchup bottle, upside down, until complete cool. This is sometimes difficult to remove from pans.
    FROSTING: A small box of vanilla pudding, mix with 1 cup cold milk and fold in 1-8 oz. container of Cool Whip. (I didn't care for this topping. Use your imagination.)
