Spanish Rolls

    2 T vinegar
    6 hardboiled eggs chopped
    1 C chopped onion
    1 pound grated tillamook cheese
    1/4 C olive oil
    1 C chopped olives
    1 clove garlic (minced)
    1 4oz can diced green chilis
    salt to taste
    2 dozen small french rolls

    Mix all ingredients together, cut rolls in half and pull out enough bread to make room for filling. Fill rolls and put back together. Wrap each roll in waxed paper or foil and heat in 250 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve while hot.
