2 lb. Southern style hash browns, slightly thawed
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 cups corn flakes
* * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Melt 1 stick of butter in 9 .13 inch pan. Add slightly thawed hash browns. Mix together
sour cream, soup, onions and cheese and pour over hash browns. Melt other stick of butter and add corn flakes, stirring until moistened. Spread corn flakes over hash browns.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
