Truesunn's Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

1/2 lb. Shrimp, minced
1 Egg White
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Salt
12 Mushrooom Caps
Soy Sauce, hot
Mix shrimp, ginger, cornstarch and salt, blending well. Fill each mushroom cap with mixture. Place mushrooms, stuffing side up on a rack over water. Bring water to a boil; cover and steam mushrooms for 10 mins. Serve with hot soy sauce for dipping.
