Chocolate Peanutbutter Pie

1 c. Sugar
6 TBSP. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 c. Milk
3 Egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 TBSP. Peanutbutter
1 square Semisweet chocolate, melted
1 9" Graham cracker crust
In a double boiler, over hot, but not boiling water, combine sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add milk and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour a small amount of the hot milk mixture into the egg yolks. Return to double boiler. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool for about 10 minutes. Divide mixture in half. To one portion, add peanutbutter, mix well. TO remaining portion, add chocolate. Allow mixtures to cool completely. Fill pie crust with peanutbutter mix, then chocolate mix. Chill for 2-3 hours. Just before serving, top with whipcream and peanuts. Store leftovers in the refridgerator. Serves 8.
