A Different Cordon Bleu

8 slices bacon
4 boneless chicken breast halves
Adobo seasoning, as desired
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preferred method -
Create a tinfoil cooking pan for use on grill. preheat grill and cook bacon in pan. Season chicken lightly w/ adobo seasoning.
Drain some fat from pan and cook chicken in pan and bacon grease until nearly done.
Remove chicken from pan and place on grill to finish. Place bacon on chicken and melt cheese over it.
Pan frying can also be done. Or in the oven.
