TWO FLAVOR FUDGE
2 cups brown sugar firmly-packed
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 jar marshmellow creme 7 to 10 oz.
1 bag butterscotch bits (6oz. bag)
1 bag chocolate chips (6oz. bag)
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine in sauce pan, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk. and butter or
margarine. Bring to a full boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently.
Boil 15 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat add marshmellow creme, butterscotch bits and
chocolate chips: stir until bits and chips are melted. Blend in
chopped nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 9X9 in. pan. Chill until
firm. Makes 2 1/2 pounds..
