2 LBS. GROUND CHUCK
1 ENVELOPE ONION SOUP MIX
1 C. DRY BREAD CRUMBS
MIX WELL, FORM INTO SMALL MEATBALLS, AND PLACE IN A LARGE
PAN IN A SINGLE LAYER. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES F. FOR 45 MINUTES.
DRAIN OFF ALL GREASE AND RETURN TO PAN.
1 CAN WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE
1 CAN 14-16 OZ. SAUERKRAUT, DRAINED
12 OZ. BOTTLE CHILI SAUCE
12 OZ. WATER
1 C. LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
MIX WELL. POUR OVER THE MEATBALLS AND STIR TO COAT. RETURN TO
OVEN FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
DOES WELL IN A CROCKPOT ALSO.
THESE MEATBALLS DISAPPEAR VERY QUICKLY!!
