BBQ Venison

    2 lbs venison
    2 cups Jack Daniels
    2 tbsp minced celery
    3 tbsp peppercorns
    7 cloves of minced garlic
    2 12 oz cans frozen orange juice
    1/4 cup liquid smoke
    1 tsp Tabasco

    Combine all marinade ingredients together and blend well. Add venison, cover and marinate for 2 days. Put meat on (add hickory chunks to your coals)indirect heat and baste every 15 minutes. Turn meat after basting. Cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
