1 seeded and finely sliverd jalapeno
1/2 cup orange juice
Heat butter in a large saute pan over moderate flame
add shrimp and saute for 2-3 min. until pink on all sides remove shrimp.
add shallots an jalapenos.
heat an stir for 1-2 min.
add wine an bring to boil.
add orange juice ane cream well.
Bring to a boil an simmer for 10-12 min. stirring often,until reduced to a thin sauce.
season to taste with salt an pepper.
add shrimp to sauce mix.
pour over pasta an toss
garnish with minced parsley
