Spicy Bean Salad

1 can kidney beans; drain & rinse
1 can black beans; drain & rinse
1 can garbanzo beans ( chick peas) drain & rinse
2 stalks celery, diced
1 med. red onion, diced
1 med. tomato, diced
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
3/4 cup thick & chunky salsa (med. or hot)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1-1/2 tea. chili powder
1 teas. salt (opt.)
1/2 tea. ground cumin
In a bowl combine beans, celery, onion, tomato and corn.
In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients; mix well.
Pour over bean mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours. 10 servings
