Penny's Best Potato Bread

    Penny's Best Potato Bread
    Yields:2 Lb. loaf

    All ingredients at room temperature
    10 ounces buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice or white vinegar(dough enhancer)
    1-1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Cups bread flour
    1/4 cup cooked potatoes, mashed(I dissolve in buttermilk)
    2 Tbsps. non-fat dry milk
    2-1/2 Tbsps. sugar
    2 tsp. active dry yeast

    After the final rising in machine, I lightly dust top with flour. Select light setting. Cool and enjoy!
