Tuna Steaks with an Asian Flair

    serves 4
    1 1/2 lbs tuna
    1 T chopped ginger
    2 T soy sauce
    2 T rice vinegar
    1 tsp prepared horseradish
    2 T toasted sesame oil

    Preheat grill. Rinse tuna steaks with water and place in non-metal container. Mix remaining ingredients together and let marinate 10 minutes. Place tuna on grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side to desired doneness. Servie with corn on the cob and slice of avocado as a side dish.
