Low Carb Fruit Smoothie

    1/2 cup strawberries, raspberries, or peaches (or any combination thereof)
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt**
    pinch of crystal light...enough to cover everything


    Put all ingredients in the blender and mix well. Yum!
    (for a frozen alternative, add 1/4 cup water and 5-6 ice cubes)

    Counts:
    17 gram protein/ 9 carbs (strawberries)
    17 gram protein/ 11 carbs (raspberries)
    17 gram protein/ 14 carbs (peaches)
