Noodle Pudding

    2 sticks of Margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 c. crushed Cornflakes
    1 c. Apricot Nectar
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk

    Boil a 10 1/2 oz pkg. of wide noodles. Drain; add 1/4 cup of butter. Grease a pan well, put in the noodles and sauce by creaming the cheese until smooth, add the 1/2 c. of sugar, eggs & mix well. Slowly add the sour cream and Apricot nectar. Mix well: Spoon topping over entire surface. Cover with the crushed corn flakes. Bake in a 300 oven for an hr. May be made ahead & refrigerated. Bake as needed.
