Gerry Brinker's Brimstone Chili

    4 Tbsp salad oil
    4 pounds beef, cubed
    2 pounds pork, cubed
    2 cups onion, chopped
    1 cup green chilis
    1 tsp garlic
    4 Tbsp bell pepper
    4 tsp cumin
    salt to taste
    8 Tbsp Gebhardt chili powder
    4 Tbsp paprika
    2 Tbsp MSG
    3 dried chili pequins
    4 tsp oregano
    2 tsp seasoned salt
    4 tsp dry beef bouillon
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp celery seed
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    15 oz Hunt's tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    4 Tbsp oriental garlic paste with chile (chili paste)
    2 Tbsp Kitchen Bouquet
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    2 cans beer
    water as needed

    Saute meat,onion, green chilis and garlic in oil until meat redness disapears and onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Reduce heat and simmer 2 hours, stirring frequently.
