Fried Peach Pies

1 pound can sliced peaches, sell drained
3 Tbl honey
1tsp shredded lemon peel
1 Tbl lemon juice
¼ tsp cinnamon
Combine ingredients and cook over medium heart, stirring frequently, till thick and glossy (about 15 minutes)
1 can biscuits
Separate and roll into an oval shape, about 5 inches long. Place a rounded tablespoon of filling just off center, lengthwise, of each biscuit. Fold over and thoroughly seal edges with tines of fork.
Fry in deep fryer (375 degrees) turning once in a minute. Drain, sprinkle with powdered sugar and server hot. Makes 10.
