1 cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
3 cups All Purpose Flour w/Pinch of Salt & 2tsp baking powder (sifted)
3/4 cup milk (takes more milk , about 1 1/2 cups)
Cream butter & sugar until smoothe; add eggs one at a time; add flour & milk a little at a time. Grease pan w/ Pam. Put 3 tablespoons of batter in each pan,
beat pans on table til batter covers bottom of pan.
Bake at 50 for 5-10mins or til edges pull from side of pan.
2 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa
3/4 cup Milk
pinch of Salt
Mix up and bring to a full boil and boil 4 mins.
Add 1 stick butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla;
Remove from heat and beat unil almost cool; start spreading on layers. Icing layers well but quickly.
Icing outsides of cake til covered completely.
Serve room temperature or cold. Slice into thin layers, DO NOT cut in wedges this cake is too rich for that large of a serving.
