butterscotch-peppered carrots

    3 tbsp. butter
    3 tbsp. dark brown sugar-packed
    1 lb baby carrots
    1 tsp pepper
    slice carrots length wise
    melt butter and sugar until well blended
    add carrots, sautee until carrots tender
    aprox 15min
    Stir constant to prevent burning
    add pepper when done toss
