Recipe Preparation Level: easy
    (for two persons)

    Ingredients :

    100 gms adrak
one tea spoonful of Urad dal
one tea spoonful of chana dal
khadi mirch (depending on how spicy you want)
    a little imli

Cut adrak into small pieces and keep aside.Take a little oil in kadhai and prepare baghar with rai ,haldi and heeng . After rai splits , add urad and chana dal .When both dals become a little brown in color, add lal mirchi. Lastly add imli to the baghar .First grind the baghar in mixie and then add adrak pieces along with the required salt and sugar. Some people prefer to add gur instead of sugar. You can add a little water .This chutney can be preserved in the fridge.

This is a good combination especially for Pesarattu !!
