    These can be ready nite before for family or if
    having large group for breakfast wait for guests
    to arrive then follow directions. Have each guest
    write their name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer
    bag with permanent marker.
    Put out variety of ingredients such as:
    Cheeses,ham sausage, bacon, green pepper,
    tomato, salsa, onion etc.
    Crack 2 eggs(large or extra large)into each
    bag(not more than 2) shake to combine them.
    Each guest adds prepared ingredients of
    choiceto his bag and shakes. Make sure to get
    air out of bag and zip it up.
    Place the bags into rolling boiling water for
    exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omlets
    in a large pot. For more,make another pot of
    boiling water. When finished open the bags and the
    omlets will roll out easily.
    Your guests will be amazed.
