Wild Rice Pilaf

1/3 cup wild rice
3/4 cup long grain rice
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pistachio nuts
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
Cook rices according to directions. There should be about 1 1/3 cups cooked wild rice and 3 cups cooked long grain rice. While rice is cooking, saute chopped nuts in butter until butter just begins to brown, 2-3 minutes. Add onion and saute until just tender crisp, 2-3 minutes. When rice is cooked, combine all ingredients . Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 375 until hot, about 20 minutes.
