White Chicken Chili

    4 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves ((approx 1 lb) pre-cooked or one rotissori chicken cut into cubes.
    1 tablespoon chili powder or can use one Chili packet from store
    1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
    2 cups of water
    1 envelope dry onion soup and recipe mix - have used cut up fresh onion as well, works fine.
    2-3 cans of white kidney beans or northern while beans
    rinsed and drained
    Cook for 10 - 15 minutes - Serve hot - top with shredded cheddar cheese and/or sliced green onion, sour cream, etc. to taste.
