Truesunn's Fried Dill Pickles

    Sliced dills
    Salt & pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    8 oz. milk
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire
    5 to 6 drops Frank's Red Hot
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 cups flour
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Mix beaten egg with milk, Worcestershire, Red Hot and 1 Tbsp. flour. Mix 2 cups flour with salt & pepper to taste in a separate bowl.
    Dip pickle slices in egg wash, then into flour, then into egg wash & back into flour.
    Drop into hot oil, 350, fry until golden brown.
