Truesunn's Baked Stuffed Eggs

    8 hard cooked eggs
    1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 TBSP butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 TBSP cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    Buttered crumbs

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove & mash yolks. Saute mushrooms in butter
    until tender & add to yolks.
    Add salt, pepper, mustard & 2 TBSP cream. Refill whites with mixture. Place in shallow buttered baking dish. Add the soup mixed with 1/2 cup milk & pour around eggs. Cover with buttered crumbs & brown in hot oven.
