Trout with Apricot Salsa

4 med rainbow trout, cleaned
1 cup fresh chopped apricots
1/2 cup avocado, cut up
3/4 cup fresh chopped pineapple
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
Juice of one lime (or to taste)
1 tsp chopped cilantro
fresh black pepper
In a bowl mix apricots, pineapple, avocado and red pepper. Stir in lime juice and cilantro and chill. Grill trout on oiled grate. Turn trout and grill til trout is done. Top with salsa and serve.
