3 medium size avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup (8oz) sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise or salad dressing
1 (1/4 to 11/8oz.) pkg taco seasoning mix
tabasco 2 or 3 or more drops to your liking (optional)
2 (10 oz) cans plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
1 large bunch green onions with tops, chopped (1 cup)
3 medium sized tomatoes, cored, halved seeded, coarsely chopped (2 cups)
2 (31/2oz) cans pitted ripe olives, drained and coarsely chopped,
1 (8oz) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Large round tortilla chips

Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium bowl with lemon juice,tabasco, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayonaise, and taco seasoning mix in bowl.
To assemble: spread bean dip in a large shallow serving platter topped with seasoned avocado mixture; layer with sour cream-taco mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions,
tomatoes and olives; cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature with round tortilla chips
