Teriyaki Breast of Chicken

6 (4-oz) skinless,boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c low-sodium so sauce
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c dry sherry or nonalcoholic wine
2 Tbsp pineapple juice
1 tsp grated ginger root
1 clove garlic,minced
Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. In small bowl,stir together soy sauce,brown sugar,
sherry or wine,pineapple juice,ginger and garlic.
Pour mixture over chicken in bag. Seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours,turning the bag occasionally. Preheat oven broiler. Remove
chicken from bag. Discard marinade and bag. Broil
chicken 4" from heat for 6 minutes. Turn chicken over and broil for 4-6 more minutes or until chicken
is no longer pink.
