Stuffed Chicken Breast

4 boneless skinless chiken breasts
3/4 cup prepared wild rice
1/4 cup mushrooms, sauted in butter
4 small pieces havarti cheese (1x1x1/2)
4 thin slices prociutto -prepackaged is fine
2 cups cream of mushroom soup (homemade is best)
pound chicken breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, until thin. Mix wild rice and sauted mushrooms together. Place one piece of cheese on each chicken breast and top with about 2 Tbls wild rice/mushroom mixture. Wrap and tuck chicken around stuffing, and wrap each breast with a slice of prociutto. Place breasts in baking dish and top with mushroom soup (add the extra wildrice/mushroom mixture to the soup) Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
