1/4 C. Grand Marnier, Cointreau, or Triple Sec liqueur
1 C. whipping cream, well chilled
2 T.whichever liqueur you are using

In a large mixing bowl combine quartered strawberries and liqueur. Sprinkle with sugar and mix gently. Balloon wine glasses are nice. Refrigerate.
For Chantilly cream: Beat cream in a large bowl until slightly thickened. Add liqueur and vanilla and continue beating until soft peaks form. Fold in sour cream and beat until the mixture is thick and hold its shape. Refrigerate until ready to use. Just before serving spoon Chantilly Romanoff over berries and garnish with reserved whole strawberries. For garnish sprinkle each with chopped pistachios. Serves 6
