Spinach Pecan Pesto

1 cup pecans
1/2 lb spinach, washed & drained
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbs white miso
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375F. Put pecans on a cookie sheet and roast til light brown, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
Place half the spinach in a food processor with remaining ingredients and process smooth. Add remaining spinach a little at a time til gone. Mix with pecans. Serve over hot pasta.
