Spinach Dip

    1 box frozen spinach
    1 cup mayonaise
    1 cup sour cream
    1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix or leek soup mix
    1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts

    Defrost spinach and drain well. Squeeze spinach in layered paper towels to get out all the water if you dont do this dip will be watery. Mix mayonaise, sour cream, veg. soup
    mix together. Add the spinach and chill for at least 3 hours. Before serving, chop water
    chestnuts and add to spinach mixture. Mix all ingredients well. To serve hollow out a loaf of hawaiian bread and serve with the bread pieces. This is so popular I usually double the recipe
