Spinach Dip

MyCookbook Recipe Database
MyCookbook Member: kmegin
Recipe Category: Appetizer
Recipe Preparation Level: easy
750ml - 1L Sour Cream (take low fat or normal..up to you)
    1 package onion soup mix
1 pkg frozen spinach (chopped is easier)
1 medium size brown/pumpernickel bread (ROUND and NOT cut!)

This is really simple to make and tstes great.

Pour sour cream in a large enough mixing bowl. Add package of spinach (you may wish to chop spinach up even more) and onion soup mix. Stir all the mixtures in so that they blend.

Next take the round loaf of bread that you have and about a 1/4 off from the top. Cut the top in small bite size pieces. Next cut out the center of the loaf and cut that in bit size pieces.

Pour dip mixture in bread and serves with fresh veggies.
