Recipe Preparation Level: easy

    4 cups pecan halves
    2 tsps sugar
    2 tsps kosher salt
    1 tsp ginger
    tsp cayenne
    tsp cinnamon
    tsp black pepper
    3 tbsp butter, melted

    Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pecans on baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until nuts are toasted and golden brown. While nuts are still toasting, thoroughly mix sugar, salt, cayenne, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper in a bowl.
