South Beach Baby Spinach Salad

5 oz baby spinach leaves
4 oz grape tomatoes halved
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
1/4 pound park-skim mozzerella, diced
2 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped fine
2 tablespoons EVOO
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar (or to taste)
kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
Mix all ingrediants and serve. This salad is excellent and goes with anything!
