Sour Cream Raisen Pie

    CRUST:
    1 1/2 cups of flour
    1 1/2 tsp. of sugar
    1 tsp. of salt
    1/2 cup of oil
    2 tbsp. of milk
    FILLING:
    1 1/2 cups of buttermilk
    1 cup of sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. of cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. of allspice
    1 cup of raisens
    2 tblsp. of cornstarch (softened in water)
    Put buttermilk, sugar, raisens, and spices in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on high at two minute intervals, until thick. Stir after each two minutes. Pour into baked pie crust.
    MERINGUE:
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. of cream of tartar
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/2 tsp. of vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. of cornstarch
    Beat egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks can be formed. Add remaining ingredients slowly. Bake under a pre-heated broiler until the desired brownness is achieved.
