S'MORE SNACK CAKE

1 c. flour
2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 24-28 squares)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
Oven 350*. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan.
Mix flour, crumbs, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, beat brown sugar, shortening and eggs until well mixed. Add dry ingredients and milk, mixing on low speed till combined, then on medium for 1 minute. Stir in 2/3 cup of chocolate chips. Spread evenly in pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or till toothpick tests done. Cool 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small pan over low heat, melt remaining 1/3 c. chocolate chips. Dipping knife in hot water to make spreading easier, spoon teaspoonsful of marshmallow creme over warm cake. Swirl melted chocolate through marshmallow creme to marble slightly. Cool completely.
THIS IS THE VERY BEST WHEN MADE AND SERVED THE SAME DAY. (AFTER A DAY OR SO, THE MARSHMALLOW CREME SEEMS TO 'DISAPPEAR' INTO THE CAKE...) YOU'RE GONNA LOVE THIS CAKE!!!
